World energy crisis and oxygen energy.
Today, several problems are very acute all over
the world - the war in Ukraine, which could turn into a third world war with
the use of weapons of mass destruction, the looming famine associated with the
war in Ukraine, coronavirus, CO2 emissions into the atmosphere and the global
energy crisis.
In this article, we will only touch upon the
problem of the global energy crisis.
Recall what we are talking about.
Six months ago, the world was considering plans
to transition from hydrocarbon energy to environmentally friendly renewable
energy sources. 20 countries from different continents have already pledged to
completely abandon the use of coal for electricity generation. Italy is
implementing such a plan by 2025, and Finland by 2030. The Netherlands will close
all coal-fired power plants in the country by 2030, France by 2023 and the UK
by 2025. Canada also plans to be coal-free by 2030. In Germany alone, 84
coal-fired power plants will be closed.
Now, in connection with the war that Russia
unleashed in Ukraine, and the sanctions that are imposed on Russian
hydrocarbons, the energy plans of many countries will be adjusted.
Next, we talk about energy in all its forms -
electricity for production and the population, thermal energy for heating and
mechanical energy for traffic.
Many countries today are trying to convert
their existing energy to solar energy. It is theoretically possible, but very
expensive and the efficiency of such a solution is extremely low. Apart from
the fact that energy consumption increases in winter, and the efficiency of
solar energy during this period tends to zero. Solar energy will not be able to
provide all the energy needs of developed countries, especially in winter.
Now they have come up with another toy - green
hydrogen. Below we will explain why green hydrogen is stupid, but for now we
will only say one thing. In order to cover all the current needs of mankind in
electrical, thermal and mechanical energy only at the expense of green
hydrogen, its production must be increased to 4 billion tons per year. The
production of such a quantity of green hydrogen, its transportation and storage
(even without its liquefaction) will require more than 320 trillion kWh of
electricity, which is almost 7 times more than all the electrical, thermal and
mechanical energy that all of humanity generates today with the help of
uranium, hydrocarbons and all alternative energy.
That is, it is necessary to increase the
production of energy on Earth by 7 times, produce green hydrogen at its expense
and get 7 times less energy from it. Isn't that stupid? Or maybe it's a crime?
Just another laundering or outright theft of money on another sensational
project. After all, more than a trillion dollars has already been spent in the
development of this topic in the world today, and it is planned to spend tens
of trillions more.
And now we have come to the conclusion that
today the governments of many countries and many companies (mainly for budget
money) are trying to solve the problem of renewable green energy by producing
green hydrogen obtained from water by electrolysis. This is a very expensive
way, associated with a large expenditure of electricity, which is already
sorely lacking in many regions of the world.
What do they offer?
It is proposed to combine green hydrogen
production plants with sources of renewable or simply cheap electricity -
solar, wind or nuclear power plants. But, the electrical energy generated by
these sources is not as cheap as they say. And the cost of green hydrogen
produced in this way is very high, including due to the huge consumption of
electricity required for its production.
The most interesting thing about the production
and use of hydrogen is the energy balance of these processes. Let me explain
what this means.
It takes about 60 kWh of electricity to produce
1 kilogram of green hydrogen. Its transportation and storage will cost another
20 kWh, not to mention its liquefaction. At the same time, the calorific value
of hydrogen is only 33 kWh of energy. When using this kilogram of hydrogen in
fuel cells, the efficiency of which today does not exceed 60%, the output can
only be 20 kWh of electricity. And when using this hydrogen in an atmospheric
car engine, the efficiency of which is 30%, only 10 kWh of energy can be
obtained at the output (besides, this will no longer be green energy).
That is, by spending 80 kWh of electricity to
produce one kilogram of green hydrogen and deliver it to the consumer, this
hydrogen can produce either 20 kWh of clean electricity through fuel cells or
10 kWh of dirty energy through its atmospheric combustion.
The question arises - why, then, in principle,
the production of green hydrogen is needed, if with the use of By using
lithium-ion batteries with an efficiency of more than 90%, these 80 kWh of
electricity can be stored with a loss of only 8 kWh? Yes, and storing
electricity in batteries is simpler and safer than storing hydrogen.
We are told that by producing hydrogen it is
possible to store excess electricity produced by renewable energy sources. It
is also said that the cost of producing green hydrogen today is 6 US dollars.
Both of these statements are false.
Maybe you think that green hydrogen is really
worth $6 per kilogram today? Then count yourself. In the EU countries,
consumers pay an average of 20 cents per 1 kWh of electricity (and don't say
that there is cheap green energy - the same deception reigns there). 60 kWh at
20 cents will already be $12 per kilogram of hydrogen.
Add here the costs of transporting, storing,
charging hydrogen into fuel cells. Add to this the depreciation costs for
hydrogen production plants and fuel cells, and you will see that the real price
of green hydrogen today is 20-25 dollars per 1 kilogram. But what about other
countries, such as Oceania, where the cost of 1 kWh of electricity can exceed
50 cents? At what price will they have green hydrogen?
And if you are told that electricity with a
very low cost (up to 2 cents per 1 kWh) is spent on the production of green
hydrogen, then give up hydrogen altogether and let your government provide you
with electricity at 2 cents per 1 kWh. And you yourself will use it, heat up
and charge your electric vehicles. Do you think they will give you that opportunity?
No.
Have you ever wondered why your governments are
so eager to transform expensive green electricity into hydrogen, despite the
energy losses of this process of 65-85% and the huge costs associated with
this, which already amount to trillions of dollars around the world and will
only grow?
And now, ladies and gentlemen, think and answer
this question for yourself - WHAT DO YOU NEED?
Do you need green hydrogen? Or do you need
cheap green energy available anywhere on Earth, at any time and in any amount?
And if you really need energy, then what does
green hydrogen have to do with it, which will never be cheap?

We would like to say a few words about the
attempt of mass transition of some countries to solar energy. Let's not talk
now about the shortcomings of this energy. Let's make a theoretical assumption
that already around the world it has been possible to build a huge number of
solar power plants and provide the whole world with energy.
And suddenly…
Nuclear war broke out. But the world is now on
the verge of such a war. And with nuclear war comes nuclear winter. And all
solar energy will stop working. Well, let's say a nuclear war depends on people
or non-humans, and it can somehow be prevented. And what if another misfortune
happens, say, a large asteroid comes to visit or another supervolcano wakes up?
On Earth, the same winter without sun will come for many years. And in this
case, solar energy will stop working when the energy is needed by mankind, like
air.
We propose to solve the energy problem of the
whole world at the expense of oxygen energy, which is the cheapest, greenest and
most renewable, and has the highest efficiency. At the same time, it is safe to
operate and can work anywhere and in any conditions on Earth. None of the
existing green energy production technologies in the world can come close to
such indicators either now or in the foreseeable future.
But this technology also has only one, but a
very serious drawback. It is capable of burying all other types of energy
generation in 20 years. And this is not energy. And not even the economy. This
is already politics, but who will allow us to influence world politics? So,
what good, and wars for energy resources will become unnecessary, and people
all over the Earth will begin to live better. How then can they be managed?
That is why today trillions of dollars are
thrown into insignificant, impracticable and useless energy projects, and the
only project that itself can solve a lot of universal problems and bring
humanity to a new level of development cannot find funding in the amount of
tens of millions of dollars. Amount, negligible aya for states, funds and
individual magnates, but unbearable for engineers. This is the whole problem of
earthly civilization.
Probably not the same people run the states
today. All the world's problems can be solved relatively easily.
